Legal basis for the processing of your personal data:

The providing and processing of your personal data is necessary for the work flow processes related to your entering into a possible employment contract and the meeting of the required legal requirements (in particular, with respect to the provisions of Act No. 262/2006 Coll., the Labor Code; and, even more specifically, for example, the provisions of § 30, Section 2 of the Labor Code, etc.). And, on the basis of your consent to do so, the company retains your resume (CV) in order to possibly offer you similar job opportunities in the future.

The legal basis for the processing in this case is:

  • keyword (title): contract,
  • keyword (title): law,
  • keyword (title): consent.

Your personal data is being processed in order to do the following:

  • recruit new employees and aid in the new employee selection process,
  • find candidates for new job opportunities.

Recipients or categories of recipients of Personal Data

The processing of personal data submitted by potential candidates for advertised open positions is done for us by LMC s.r.o., through its electronic systems.

For how long will the company be storing my personal data and what is the criteria being used to determine this period?

Your personal data is generally processed for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing. The Prague Public Transit Company (DPP) will delete personal data as soon as the purpose for which the personal data was processed ceases to exist.

The company determines the period of time during which it is necessary to continue to process your personal data on the basis of the following criteria:

  • During the period of a labor contract: The company will continue to process your personal data for the duration of our mutual contractual relationship (i.e. for the period of employment).
  • After the termination of the labor contract: Upon termination of the contract, the company will retain your personal data until the expiration of the period of time during which you or the company can assert claims against the other party on the basis of the terminated contract.
  • Litigation and other proceedings: Should the processing of your personal data be relevant to any proceedings in which the Prague Public Transit Company (DPP) is a party (or intervener), the company will retain your personal data for the entire duration of these proceedings and for the period of time during which there can be any related subsequent and ancillary proceedings.

The company will be processing your personal data for the entire duration of any employee selection procedures; and, on the basis of consent to continue with the processing, for a period of an additional 3 years.

Processing Method

Personal data is processed both manually and electronically. Personal data is not made available to anyone other than the recipients listed above.
