The surcharge to the fare may be paid online via the DPP e-shop. Simply enter the number of the Record of Transport Inspection – the variable symbol (shown on the front of the record).
The reduction of the penalty to CZK 1,500 for timely payment is applied automatically when selecting the payment method. To verify entitlement to a reduced penalty of CZK 50 (forgotten travel pass), it is necessary to log in to the DPP e-shop. After selecting the Verify pass option, the system automatically evaluates the pass and, where applicable, reduces the imposed penalty. Online verification is available only for electronic passes and only after prior registration in the DPP e-shop. Not applicable to paper passes or single tickets.
Payment by bank transfer
Outstanding amounts may be paid using the QR code located in the upper left corner of the Record of Transport Inspection, or by bank transfer to account number 20036-1930731349/0800, IBAN CZ87 0800 0200 3619 3073 1349, bank code GIBACZPX.
To ensure correct payment, the variable symbol shown on the Record of Transport Inspection must be entered. Further details can be found on the back side of the record.
