Náměstí Míru - Strašnická and I. P. Pavlova - Vltavská: Temporary suspension of the metro operation

Due to track reconstruction, starting on Friday, 7 April 2023, and lasting until Monday, 10 April 2023, there is no metro service on A line between Náměstí Míru and Strašnická stations, as well as on C line between I. P. Pavlova and Vltavská stations.

Replacement tram service:

• XA on the route Staré Strašnice – Strašnická – Želivského – Flora – Vinohradská vodárna – Náměstí Míru, continues further as tram 36 via I. P. Pavlova in the direction of Vltavská (terminal stop Výstaviště),
• 36 on the route Výstaviště – Strossmayerovo náměstí – Vltavská (na předmostí Hlávkova mostu) – Bílá labuť – Masarykovo nádraží – Václavské náměstí – Lazarská – Karlovo náměstí – I. P. Pavlova, continues further as tram XA in the direction of Strašnická (terminal stop Staré Strašnice).

Replacement tram service:

Replacement bus service line XC is provided on the route I. P. Pavlova – Muzeum – Hlavní nádraží – Florenc – Vltavská – Nádraží Holešovice.

Due to the closure of the transfer stations on C line (Muzeum and Florenc), please note the following non-standard transfer connections between the metro lines: Considering the long walking distance (approximately 8 minutes) between the stop of the replacement bus service line XC and the platform of the Florenc station of B line, we recommend using tram lines between the stations Vltavská and Náměstí Republiky (stop Masarykovo nádraží), or I. P. Pavlova and Karlovo náměstí for mutual transfer between lines C and B. For a mutual transfer between lines C and A (in the direction of Depo Hostivař), please use the replacement tram service line XA with a transfer in the I. P. Pavlova station.

Changes to bus stops

The Nádraží Holešovice boarding stop is relocated for buses 187 and 201 by approximately 25 metres backwards to the boarding stop of bus 112.
