Loss or finding of items older than 24 hours

  • For successful use of the contact form it is necessary to authorise (confirm) the link, that you receive to the e-mail address submitted by yourself, within 24 hours. Without the confirmation, the submission will not be accepted – by this we also protect you from spam and unsolicited messages. We will respond to you immediately after investigation, within 30 days at the latest.
  • Anonymous complaints without name and surname, complaints that contain vulgar or offensive expressions, that are posted repeatedly, that argue with the previously provided answer due to unjustified dissatisfaction with the query processing, or that are intended to provide information which cannot be provided by law (e.g. personal data), or that are incomprehensible, cannot be investigated and thus will be postponed.

If you lose or forget your belongings in a public transport vehicle, you can solve the situation in two ways:
  • If you realise your loss within 24 hours, immediately call the information line no. 296 19 18 17 for help and for providing further information.
  • If you realise the loss of your belongings after a longer time, use our contact form or call the information line no. 296 19 18 17.
All uncollected items for which it is not possible to find out, based on circumstances, to whom they should be returned, are brought to the Lost and Found Office of the City Hall of the Capital City of Prague.
