Anonymous complaints without name and surname, complaints that contain vulgar or offensive expressions, that are posted repeatedly, that argue with the previously provided answer due to unjustified dissatisfaction with the query processing, or that are intended to provide information which cannot be provided by law (e.g. personal data), or that are incomprehensible, cannot be investigated and thus will be postponed.

All uncollected items for which it is not possible to find out, based on circumstances, to whom they should be returned, are brought to the Lost and Found Office of the City Hall of the Capital City of Prague.
