DPP transported almost a billion passengers last year, reporting a profit of CZK 686 million

Prague, 12 June 2026 – Prague Public Transit Company (DPP) reported a profit of CZK 686.13 million for 2025 after accounting for deferred tax. The financial statements and annual report of DPP were approved by the Prague City Council under the authority of the general meeting. Revenue from ticket sales within the Prague Integrated Transport (PID) system reached CZK 5.41 billion last year, almost CZK 177 million more than in 2024. In 2025, DPP operated 186 million equivalent vehicle kilometres, roughly the same as in the previous year, and carried more than 998 million passengers, representing a year-on-year increase of 2.2%.
