In accordance with the requirements of Prague‘s City Council Resolution No. 1910 of 22 October 2013, all joint-stock companies in which the Capital City of Prague is a shareholder are to publish on their websites the level of remuneration of members of the corporate bodies who have been elected / appointed into their position by the Capital City of Prague. The Capital City of Prague asked its city council to pass this resolution.
The remuneration of the members of the Supervisory Board of the Prague Public Transit Company (DPP) is stipulated to in their employment contracts.
As of September 2016, this compensation has been set as follows:

There is a special exception to the above contract-based remuneration levels, which applies to those members who are elected / appointed to the Supervisory Board and also served for a number of years as a member of the Prague City Council (currently, in accordance with this policy, 11 members of the City Council would qualify – i.e. the chairpersons of the following committees: Audit, Education and Training and Health, Social and Housing Policy). For such persons, their monthly compensation is set at CZK 0.
The members of the DPP Audit Committee have the following contractually-based levels of monthly compensation: Chairperson = CZK 25,000, Vice-Chairperson = CZK 23,000, Member = CZK 20,000.
