Traffic restrictions
Palmovka Area: Temporary Suspension of Tram Service

Due to the construction of trolleybus laybys, beginning on Mon, 4 July 2002 (from about midnight), and lasting until Sun, 31 July 2022 (until about midnight), tram service in the area of Palmovka (Na Žertvách and U Balabenky streets) will be suspended.

Change of tram routes

• Trams 6, 14, 25 and 94 running from the city centre will be diverted from the Libeňský most stop via the Palmovka stops in Zenklova and Sokolovská streets. From there they will continue along their regular routes. Trams running in the direction of the city centre will be diverted from the Balabenka stop via the Palmovka stops in Sokolovská street and at the Libeňský most bridgehead. From there they will continue along their regular routes.
• Trams 8 and 92 in the area of Palmovka will be diverted via the Palmovka stop in Sokolovská street.
• Tram 90 in the direction from Vozovna Kobylisy will be extended from the Palmovka stop in Zenklova street via the Palmovka stop in Sokolovská street, the Balabenka stop and Nádraží Vysočany stop to the Vysočanská stop.

Tram stop changes

• The following stop will be closed:
  • Palmovka (in both directions) in Na Žertvách street
• The following stop will be established:
  • Palmovka (in both directions) in Sokolovská street.

There will be no substitute bus service.

Bus stop changes

• For Buses X10 and X95, the Palmovka boarding stop in Na Žertvách street will be closed. Travellers can continue to use the Palmovka tram stop in Zenklova street.
• For Buses 903 and 916, the following Palmovka stops will be established (in the direction of Královice or, as the case may be, Vinořský hřbitov):
  • In Zenklova street, in the tram stop in the direction of the city centre
  • In Sokolovská street, in the tram stop in the direction from the city centre
