SMS Barrier-Free Status Updates for Routes / Stations – Registration

14. 07. 2020

While 45 of the Prague Metro’s 61 stations are currently barrier-free, things can breakdown and an out-of-service elevator and other types of platform failures can create major problems for our handicapped passengers. While DPP tries to fix any such breakdowns as quickly as possible, there are going to be times when such facilities are out-of-service. For this reason, DPP has created an SMS system, which can be used to find out the current status of its barrier-free station equipment.

About the SMS information notification system!

  • Registration is simple.
  • The entire process should take less than 3 minutes
  • The service is available 24/7
  • Options – you can request to receive information on only the stations you are interested in or for the entire metro system.
  • This public SMS service is always free.

How to set up your SMS information notification account?

  1. Register at www.dpp.cz/registrace.
  2. Confirm your registration by clicking on the verification link that will be sent to you in your email inbox.
