Permanent Changes to the Prague Integrated Transit System as of 1 September 2009

Due to transit system improvements and simplifications, especially in the area of Jižní Město, and affecting the Hostivař-Malešice industrial zone and areas of Prague 4 and 10 (Vršovice, Krč, Lhotka, Libuš), the following changes to the Prague Integrated Transit system shall take place. All changes are based on long-term needs proven by transit studies and were negotiated with officials of the relevant city wards.

The Jižní Město, Vršovice, Hostivař, Lhotka, Modřany and Libuš area

Line Change
101 To improve transfers to trams, the line will also pass through the Koh-i-noor stop in the direction of Tolstého.
113 Connections inserted in the Kačerov – Sídliště Písnice stretch during workday peak hours (instead of lines 171 and 272), the Michelský les stop is cancelled.
114 Shortened to the stretch Kačerov – Šeberák (the Kunratice – Chodov connection will be provided by line 197.)
117 In the stretch Zálesí – Nové dvory, the line will pass through the Novodvorskáand Čechtická stops.
121 On workdays, selected connections are extended by the stretch Nádraží Braník – Na Knížecí (to replace diverted line 197).
122 New route: Jižní Město – Háje – Ke Kateřinkám – Opatov – Nad Košíkem – Nádraží Hostivař – Zentiva – Průmyslová – Depo Hostivař (runs during workday peak hours and selected evening connections).
124 Every other connection is extended by the stretch Želivského – Habrová (to replace cancelled line 234).
135 New route: Florenc – Náměstí Míru – Na Míčánkách – Slavia – Spořilov – Chodovská tvrz – Opatov – Ke Kateřinkám – Háje – Jižní Město.
150 New route: Čechova čtvrť / Poliklinika Modřany – Labe – Lhotka – Kačerov – Michelská – Chodovská – Slavia – Želivského (runs workday peak hours).
153 A new Line to connect the Libuš area with trams in Modřany using the Sídliště Písnice – U Libušského potoka route (runs only on workday peak hours).
154 Extended by the stretch Chodov – Koleje Jižní Město on workdays until approx. 8:00 p.m.
171 Cancelled (compensated for by increased frequency of line 113).
175 Extended during workday peak hours by the stretch Skalka – Na Košíku – Opatov (replaces cancelled line 277).
181 Line extended by the stretch Nádraží Hostivař – Nad Košíkem – Opatov.
189 The line now also operates on workday mornings in the direction of Sídliště Lhotka.
194 Cancelled (connection to metro line A is replaced by line 122).
197 New route: Chodov – Volha – Kunratice – Libuš – Nové dvory – Sídliště Lhotka – Novodvorská – Přístaviště – Lihovar – Smíchovské nádraží (the Sídliště Lhotka – Chodov in operation only on workdays; connections from line 197 are transferred to line 199).
199 Cancelled (replaced by augmented line 197).
212 Cancelled (replaced by extended line 122).
234 Cancelled (replaced by extended line 124).
238 Cancelled (replaced by extended line 122).
260 Cancelled (replaced by extended line 135).
272 Cancelled (replaced by lines 113, 114 and 197).
277 Cancelled (replaced by extended line 175).
