From the start of service on Saturday, 1 September 2012, some Prague Integrated Transit bus lines will undergo optimization.

Changes to lines 100 – 150

• Line number 100 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Zličín – Letiště Ruzyně).
• For line number 101, operation is extended all week during evenings.
• For line number 102, an interval increase is being introduced on workday mornings. The line will operate as a Metrobus.
• Line number 103 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Ládví – Březiněves).
• Line number 104 is cancelled and in the stretch Na Knížecí – Slivenecká replaced by line number 120.
• In the stretch Smíchovské nádraží – Filmové ateliéry – Smíchovské nádraží an new line number 105 is being introduced. It will be in service all day, all week.
• Line number 106 in the direction from Kačerov is diverted via Starý Spořilov, Spořilov and Sídliště Spořilov to Roztyly (in the stretch Kačerov – Roztyly only every second connection will run). The line will operate as a Metrobus.
• Line number 107 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Dejvická – Suchdol).
• Line number 108 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Bílá Hora – Ciolkovského).
• Line number 109 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Palmovka – Výzkumné ústavy Běchovice).
• Line number 110 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Teplárna Třeboradice – Hostavice).
• Line number 111 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Skalka – Koloděje).
• For line number 112 intervals are being lengthened all week during winter. The line will operate as a Metrobus.
• For line number 113 intervals are being lengthened during off-peak times – coordination with lines 331 and 333.
• Line number 114 is being shortened to the Ústavy Akademie věd stop (in the stretch IKEM – Šeberák it is being replaced by line number 193); it will now run only on workdays until approximately 20:00.
• Line number 115 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Chodov – Blažimská – Chodov).
• Line number 116 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Dejvická – Nebušice).
• Line number 117 is cancelled and in the stretch Kačerov – Poliklinika Modřany replced by lines 165 and 215.
• Line number 118, on workdays until approximately 20:00, is being extended by the stretch Dvorce – Smíchovské nádraží, in the direction from Budějovická is diverted from the Depo Kačerov stop via Severozápadní to Sídliště Spořilov (in the area of Spořilov and Roztyly it is being replaced by line number 106). Intervals will be shortened for the entire week. The line will operate as a Metrobus.
• Line number 119 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Dejvická – Letiště Ruzyně) as a Metrobus.
• Line number 120 is extended from the Poliklinika Barrandov stop along the route for line number 246 via Slivenec and Lochkov to Nádraží Radotín (in the stretch Pod Lochkovem – Nádraží Radotín only some connections will run). Intervals will be shortened for the entire week, service for Klukovice is being replaced by line number 230.
• Line number 121 is being shortened by the stretch Nádraží Braník – Na Knížecí, in the direction from Braník it is diverted at the Nádraží Krč stop via Rosečská to Budějovická (in the stretch Budějovická – Sídliště Spořilov the connection is replaced by line number 118). Intervals will be lengthened for the entire week.
• Line number 122 is being shortened by the stretch Opatov – Jižní Město (replaced by line number 136), and intervals are being lengthened.
• Line number 123 is being shortened by the stretch Kavalírka – Na Knížecí (replaced by tram lines), intervals are being shortened on workday mornings and weekends, and lengthened on workday afternoons.
• In the area of Budějovická line number 124 will run in both directions via the Budějovická and Krčská stops, a new Pod Jezerkou stop is being set up. Intervals will be shortened on workday mornings. The line will operate as a Metrobus.
• Line number 125 is extended by the stretch Horčičkova – Skalka po trase linky číslo 271, intervals are being shortened on workdays. The line will operate as a Metrobus.
• Line number 128 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Hlubočepy – Žvahov – Hlubočepy).
• For line number 129 intervals are being shortened on workday late mornings, and lengthened on workday afternoons and weekends (coordination with lines 241 and 318).
• Line number 130 is cancelled and in the stretch Na Knížecí – Sídliště Stodůlky replaced by lines 137 and 176.
• Line number 131 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Hradčanská – Bořislavka) as a Metrobus.
• Line number 133 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Florenc – Sídliště Malešice) as a Metrobus.
• Line number 135 in the direction from the centre is being diverted at Spořilov via Roztyly, Chodov to Koleje Jižní Město, in the direction from the centre will run to Sídliště Spořilov. In the stretch Spořilov – Jižní Město the connection is replaced by line number 136, intervals are being shortened on workdays. The line will operate as a Metrobus.
• Line number 136 in the direction from the centre is being diverted at Spořilov via Chodovec, Opatov and Háje to Jižní Město, and will no longer run to Sídliště Spořilov. In the stretch Spořilov – Koleje Jižní Město, the connection is replaced by line number 135. The line will operate as a Metrobus.
• Selected connections of line number 137 are extended at peak workday times by the stretch U Waltrovky – Sídliště Stodůlky along the route for line number 130. The line will operate as a Metrobus.
• In the stretch Sídliště Skalka – Skalka – Centrum Zahradní Město – Topolová – Sídliště Spořilov – Spořilov and back in the direction of Sídliště Skalka a new midibus line number 138 will run. It will operate all day and all week.
• Line number 139 in the direction from the centre is being diverted at Tylova čtvrt via Nádraží Modřany to Komořany (in the stretch Tylova čtvrť – Na Beránku it is replaced by line number 150). A new stop named Pod Jezerkou is being set up, and intervals are being shortened on workday mornings. The line will operate as a Metrobus.
• Line number 140 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Palmovka – Čakovice) as a Metrobus.
• Line number 143 is now in operation all day and all week. Intervals are being shortened for the entire week.
• For line number 144 intervals are being lengthened on workday mornings, and on weekends it will run using standard buses. The line will operate as a Metrobus.
• Line number 147 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Dejvická – Výhledy).
• Line number 148 is being shortened by the stretch Kavčí hory – Budějovická (replaced by lines 188 and 193), intervals are being reduced on weekends.
• Line number 149 is cancelled and in the stretch Dejvická – Nové Butovice replaced by lines 143 and 176.
• Line number 150 is being extended from Poliklinika Modřany to the Na Beránku stop, and the Čechova čtvrť stop is being cancelled. It will now use articulated buses, all day and all week. It will operate as a Metrobus.

Changes to lines 151 – 198

• Line number 151 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Českomoravská – Novoborská).
• Line number 152 will no longer run workday evenings and weekends (replaced by lines 183 and 202).
• Line number 154 is shortened to the route Chodov – Jižní Město, replaced by lines 125, 135, 183, 240 and trams. Extra morning Donovalská > Chodov connections are being cancelled. The line will operate as a Metrobus.
• Line number 155 is being cancelled and in the stretch Želivského – Depo Hostivař replaced by line number 163.
• Line number 156 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Nádraží Holešovice – Strossmayerovo náměstí – Nádraží Holešovice).
• Line number 157 is shortened by the stretch Poliklinika Modřany – Na Beránku, in the directin of Kačerov a stop named Čechova čtvrť is being set up. It will now run in both directions and also on workday afternoons, on workday mornings intervals will be reduced. The line will now run using standard buses.
• Line number 158 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Českomoravská – Miškovice) as a Metrobus.
• Line number 160 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Dejvická – Lysolaje).
• Line number 161 is extended by the stretch Nebušice – Přední Kopanina (merged with line number 254).
• For line number 162 intervals are being lengthened on workday mornings.
• Line number 163 is extended by the stretch Depo Hostivař – Želivského.
• For line number 164 intervals are being lengthened on workday mornings.
• Line number 165 is shortened by the stretch Zbraslavské náměstí – Cementárna Radotín (in the stretch Zbraslavské náměstí – Nádraží Radotín it is replaced by line number 255), from Zbraslavské náměstí it now runs to Sídliště Zbraslav. In the stretch Komořany – Sídliště Zbraslav intervals are being shortened at peak workday times.
• Line number 167 will now run using articulated buses, and intervals will increase throughout the week. The line will operate as a Metrobus.
• Line number 168 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Nové Butovice – Nemocnice Na Homolce).
• For line number 169 intervals will increase on workday mornings.
• Line number 170 in the direction from Jižní Město will be diverted at the V Zápolí stop via Budějovická, Ryšánka, Branické náměstí, Přístaviště and Chaplinovo náměstí to the Pražská čtvrť stop, where it replaces line number 192 (in the stretch Budějovická – Pražská čtvrť on weekends only every other connection will run). In the cancelled stretch, the connection is being replaced by line number 106; intervals will be shortened during peak times on workdays. The line will operate as a Metrobus.
• For line number 173, service will be restricted in the stretch Obchodní náměstí – Násirovo náměstí.
• Line number 174 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Hradčanská – Velká Ohrada) as a Metrobus.
• Line number 175 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Florenc – Opatov).
• Selected connections for line number 176 are being extended throughout the week by the stretch Stadion Strahov – Spiritka – Klamovka – Jinonice – Nové Butovice. Intervals will be reduced on workday mornings and increased on workday afternoons. The line will operate as a Metrobus.
• Line number 177 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Poliklinika Mazurská – Chodov) as a Metrobus.
• For line number 179 intervals are being increased on workday afternoons in the stretch Sídliště Na Dědině – Letiště Ruzyně.
• Line number 180 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Dejvická – Zličín) as a Metrobus.
• Line number 181 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Černý Most – Opatov).
• Line number 182 is cancelled and is being replaced by lines 139 and 189.
• Line number 183 in the direction from Nádraží Hostivař is being diverted at the Boloňská stop via Nádraží Horní Měcholupy and Sídliště Petrovice and extended to Háje. Weekend intervals will be reduced. The line will operate as a Metrobus.
• Line number 185 in the stretch Palmovka – Letňany will run only during peak workday times, timetable coordination with line number 302.
• Line number 186 is being shortened and will take a new route, Hloubětínská – Hloubětín – Lehovec – Satalická obora, intervals will increase throughout the week (in cancelled sections, the connection is being replaced by lines 201 and 202).
• Line number 188 will now run using articulated buses, and intervals will increase on workdays. A new stop, Pod Jezerkou, is being set up. The line will operate as a Metrobus.
• For line number 189 intervals will increase during peak times on workdays. The line will operate as a Metrobus.
• Line number 191 in the stretch Podbělohorská – Televizní věž is being diverted via Stadion Strahov, with some connections using articulated buses. In the stretch Na Knížecí – Stadion Strahov extra connections are being inserted, and intervals are being reduced throughout the week. Spiritka will now be served by line number 176. The line will operate as a Metrobus.
• Line number 192 is being cancelled and in the stretch Budějovická – Pražská čtvrť replaced by lines 121 and 170.
• Line number 193 is being extended from IKEM, or Ústavy Akademie věd to Šeberák, and peak workday intervals are being reduced. The line will operate as a Metrobus.
• Line number 195 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Jesenická – Sídliště Čakovice) as a Metrobus.
• Line number 196 is being extended by the stretch Kačerov – Michelská – Jesenická – Strašnická, it will now run all day and all week using standard buses. Intervals are being reduced. The line will operate as a Metrobus.
• For line number 197 workday intervals are being reduced, on weekends articulated buses will run (merger with line number 198). The line will operate as a Metrobus.
• Line number 198 is being cancelled and in the stretch Smíchovské nádraží – Sídliště Písnice replaced by line number 197.

Changes to lines 200 – 250

• For line number 200 peak workday intervals are being increased. The line will operate as a Metrobus.
• New line number 201 will run the stretch Nádraží Holešovice – Madlina – Střížkov – Letňany – Tupolevova – Bakovská. It will be in operation all day, all week.
• Line number 202 in the direction from Ďáblice is being diverted at the OC Čakovice stop via Staré Letňany, Kbely, Satalice and Rajská zahrada to Černý Most, intervals are being reduced throughout the week.
• Line number 203 is being cancelled and in the stretch Vavřenova – Jižní Město replaced by lines 106, 170 and 293.
• Line number 205 is being shortened to the route Zelený pruh – Budějovická/Poliklinika Budějovická, with intervals being reduced on workday mornings. The line will run only until approximately 23:30, now using standard buses (in the cancelled stretch the connection is replaced by line number 139).
• Line number 206 will now run all week, from approximately 6:30. New stop Nad Džbánem is being set up in direction Dejvická.
• Line number 207 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Staroměstská – Ohrada) as a Metrobus.
• Line number 213 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Želivského – Jižní Město) as a Metrobus.
• Line number 214 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Bílá Hora – Nové Butovice).
• For line number 215 peak workday intervals are being increased. The line will operate as a Metrobus.
• Line number 216 is being shortened by the stretch Bořislavka – Nové Vokovice (replaced by line number 218).
• Line number 217 being cancelled and in the stretch Dejvická – Na Knížecí replaced by lines 143 and 191.
• Line number 218 is being shortened by the stretch Nádraží Veleslavín – Dejvická (replaced by tram lines), peak workday intervals are being increased. During peak times on workdsys, selected connections are being extended to the Nové Vokovice stop.
• Line number 220 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Černý Most – Františka Veselého – Černý Most).
• For line number 221 morning inserted connections Votuzská > Černý Most are being cancelled.
• Line number 223 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Depo Hostivař – Ratibořická).
• Line number 224 is being cancelled and in the stretch Strašnická – Skalka replaced by lines 138 and 196.
• Line number 225 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Nové Butovice – Ciolkovského).
• Line number 230 is being extended by the stretch Chaplinovo náměstí – Filmové ateliéry, and newly runs to Holyně and to Klukovice. Inserted connections Sídliště Stodůlky – Řeporyjské náměstí are being transferred to line 256 (in the stretch Klukovice – Holyně only some connections will run, in the stretch Holyně – Sídliště Stodůlky only selected connections during peak times on workdays).
• For line number 231 interval workday morning intervals are being reduced.
• Line number 232 is being extended to the Milíčov stop.
• Line number 235 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Nové Butovice – Velká Ohrada) as a Metrobus.
• Line number 236 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Podhoří – Zámky).
• Line number 240 in the stretch Wattova – Horčičkova is diverted via the Morseova and Newtonova stops.
• Line number 241 will now use articulated buses, workday afternoon intervals are being increased, and evening intervals decreased.
• Line number 243 is being cancelled and in the stretch Smíchovské nádraží – Sídliště Zbraslav replaced by lines 129, 241 and 318.
• Line number 244 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Smíchovské nádraží – Sídliště Radotín).
• Line number 245 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Nádraží Radotín – Otěšínská).
• Line number 246 is being cancelled and in the stretch Smíchovské nádraží – Nádraží Radotín replaced by lines 105, 120 and 230.
• Line number 247 is being cancelled and in the stretch Chaplinovo náměstí – Pod Lochkovem replaced by line number 120.
• Line number 248 is being cancelled and in the stretch Smíchovské nádraží – Holyně replaced by lines 105 and 230.
• Line number 249 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Sídliště Stodůlky – Třebonice).
• Line number 250 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Černý Most – Sídliště Rohožník).

• Line number 257 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Zličín – Sobín).
• For line number 259 peak workday intervals are being increased (coordination with line number 375).
• Line number 260 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Nádraží Klánovice – Netušilská).
• Line number 261 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Černý Most – Klánovice).
• For line number 262, new stops are being set up: Sendražická (in direction Nepasické náměstí) and Všestarská (in direction Nádraží Klánovice-sever).
• Line number 263 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Depo Hostivař – Bezděkovská).
• Line number 264 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Zličín – Bílá Hora).
• Line number 265 is being shortened by the stretch Nádraží Uhříněves – Depo Hostivař, workday morning intervals are being reduced, coordination with line number 325.
• For line number 266 a second Nové náměstí stop is being set up in the direction of Královice.
• For line number 267 stops named Nádraží Uhříněves, Nové náměstí are being set up (in the direction of Nedvězí), inserted Háje – Uhříněves connections are cancelled during peak times on workdays (coordination with suburban lines). Coordination with rail connections is being introduced.
• Line number 269 stops named Nové náměstí and K Cihelně are being set up in direction OC Čakovice.
• Line number 271 is being cancelled and in the stretch Háje – Skalka replaced by line number 125.
• Line number 273 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Hloubětínská – Ve Žlíbku).
• Line number 291 is in service with no changes (in the stretch I. P. Pavlova – Karlovo náměstí – I. P. Pavlova).
• Line number 292 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Nemocnice pod Petřínem – Malostranské náměstí – Nemocnice Pod Petřínem).
• Line number 293 is being shortened by the stretch Litochlebské náměstí – Háje (replaced by line number 125).
• Line number 295 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Domov seniorů Ďáblice – Třeboradice).
• Line number 296 is shortened by the stretch Skalka – Sídliště Skalka (replaced by line number 138).
• Line number 297 is in service with no changes (in the stretch Nemocnice Vinohrady – Poliklinika Malešice – Nemocnice Vinohrady).

Buses – changes to individual suburban lines

• Some line 318 connections will now use articulated buses on workdays.
• Line number 325 will now run via Benice (ending at the Čestlice, kika stop).
• Line number 331 will now end at the Kačerov stop.
• Line number 333 will now end at the Kačerov stop, some workday connections will now use articulated buses. Intervals are being reduced on workday afternoons, weekends and evenings.
• For line number 362 a stop named IKEM is being set up.
• For line number 364 a second Nové náměstí stop is being set up in the direction of Doubek
• For line number 366 a second Nové náměstí stop is being set up in the direction of Březí, Podskalí.

Long-term closures affecting line routes after 1 September 2012

Bus service interruption in Michelská Street

Due to reconstruction of another part of Michelská Street in the stretch Ohradní – Nuselská, bus service in the stretch Na Rolích – Michelská is being interrupted until approximately November 2012.

Changes to bus lines:

• Line number 124 in the stretch Kloboučnická – Budějovická, or Poliklinika Budějovická, is being diverted via the Jezerka, Sdružení and Pankrác stops.
• Line number 139 in the stretch Kodaňská – Na Návrší (now Pod Dálnicí), or Kačerov, is being diverted via the Koh-i-noor, Bohdalec, Chodovská, Teplárna Michle (only in the direction of Želivského), Spořilov (only in the direction of Želivského) and Severozápadní stops.
• Line number 150 in the stretch Chodovská – Na Návrší (now Pod Dálnicí), or Kačerov, is being diverted via the Teplárna Michle (only in the direction of Želivského), Spořilov (only in the direction of Želivského) and Severozápadní stops.
• Line number 196 in the stretch Chodovská – Na Návrší (now Pod Dálnicí), or Kačerov, is being diverted via the Teplárna Michle (only in the direction of Želivského), Spořilov (only in the direction of Želivského) and Severozápadní stops. From the Chodovská stop it will run along its regular route to Strašnická.
• Line number 215 is being extended from the Kačerov stop via the Na Návrší (now Pod Dálnicí) and Na Rolích stops and then in one direction only via the Hadovitá, Ohradní and Na Schodech stops to provide substitute service for this area.

Note: Lines 106 and 205 will run along new permanent routes that avoid the closure area, and line number 182 is being cancelled permanently.

Bus service interruption in Lipence

Due to construction work in Josefa Houdka and K Peluňku streets, bus service between Zbraslav and Lipenec is interrupted until approximately November. Due to construction work technology, this closed stretch will be put into service temporarily from approximately mid-September until mid-October.

Changes to bus lines:

• Until articulated buses are deployed on line number 241, for line number 129 during peak workday morning times additional connections will run along Sídliště Zbraslav > Smíchovské nádraží.
• Selected connections for line number 165 are extended to the Peluněk stop (during the temporary return to the non-closure state of affairs, they will run along the new permanent route to Sídliště Zbraslav).
• Line number 241 will continue to be diverted to Baně (in the direction from the city centre also via Sídliště Zbraslav), and articulated buses will not be deployed here until the closure ends.
• Line number 243 is permanently cancelled as of 1 September 2012 and replaced by service enhancements for lines 129, 241 and 318.
