Based on evaluations of operations and requests from individual city wards and municipalities, the following modifications to the operation of the Prague Integrated Transit system shall take place on the date of countrywide timetable changes, Monday, 3 March 2008:

| 128 | shortening of intervals during morning peak hours on workdays from 15-30 to 15 minutes, and during afternoon peak hours from 30 to 20 minutes |
| 165 | a new connection on workdays from Jižní Město at 6:30 p.m. to Komořany |
| 218 | the line now also stops at the stop Horoměřická on workdays during morning peak hours and at the stop Sídliště Červený Vrch between ca 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.; morning intervals on workdays have also been modified |
| 261 | during the entire week, the last connection from Hulická to Klánovice now leaves from Újezd nad lesy, where it is possible to transfer directly from Line 250 coming from Černý Most |
| 266 | a new connection on workdays from Picassova at 1:54 p.m. to Hájek |
| 311 | overall increase in operation on workdays with by new connections in combination with the extension of selected connections at terminal endpoints of the line |
| 317 | the all-week connection from Smíchovské nádraží at 10:00 p.m. has been extended by the stretch Kytín - Voznice |
| 320 | transfer of the last connection from Smíchovské nádraží at 11:45 p.m. to line 321 (the connection now has stops) |
| 331 | introduction of weekend service in the stretch Okrouhlo, Zahořany - Jílové u Prahy, náměstí |
| 347 | the workday connection from Zličín at 9:20 p.m. now runs via the stop Chýně, Háje |
| 352 | at the stop Zbuzany, nádraží in the direction of Jinočany, náměstí, a connection to S6 trains from Prague has been introduced |
| 391 | a new workday connection from Květnice at 4:06 a.m. to Nádr. Klánovice; the last connection from Úvaly has been extended by the stretch Květnice – Nádr. Klánovice |
| 461 | a new workday connection from the stop Velké Popovice, rozc. Brtnice at 3:24 p.m. to Strančice |
Minor timetable changes are also occurring on urban lines 168, 188, 193, 230, 249, 251 and on selected suburban lines.
The stop Psáry, ústav has been renamed to Psáry, Domov Laguna
A new stop, Raichlova, has been set up in both directions for lines 230, 249, 256, 301 and 352 between the stops Amforova (or Piskova) and Slatinová.
On the railway, only minor changes to selected connections are taking place, on tracks 012, 013, 072, 090 and 120 (S5).
