Bořislavka – Divoká Šárka: temporary suspension of tram service

Because of construction of Metro line A, tram service will be suspended in both directions between Bořislavka and  Divoká Šárka  from 0.15am on Saturday 12th May 2012 until approximately 4.30am on Tuesday 22nd May 2012.

Changes to tram routes:

• Service No. 2 will not run for the period of the suspension.
• Service No. 20, running from Sídliště Barrandov, will be diverted from Vítězné náměstí to Podbaba, where it will terminate.
• Service No. 25, running from Bulovka, will be diverted from Hradčanská via Dejvická to Bořislavka, where it will terminate (to apply from start of service on 12th May 2012).
• Service No. 26, running from Nádraží Hostivař, will be diverted from Hradčanská via Brusnice and Malovanka to Vypich, where it will terminate; running to Vypich it will route via Pohořelec,  running to Nádraží Hostivař it will route via Hládkov (when the suspension starts both of these links will be diverted from Vítězné náměstí to Podbaba).
• Service No. 36, running from Špejchar, will be shortened to Bořislavka, where it will terminate (to apply from start of service on 12th May 2012).
• Service No. 51, running from Radošovická, will be diverted from Vítězné náměstí to Podbaba, where it will terminate.

Replacement bus service:

• Replacement bus service No. X-26 will be added to daytime operations on the route: Dejvická – Bořislavka – Nádraží Veleslavín – Divoká Šárka (some services will run only on the Dejvická – Nádraží Veleslavín section).
• Replacement bus service X-51 will be added to night-time operations on the route: Vítězné náměstí – Dejvická – Divoká Šárka.

Changes to bus stops:

• Service No. 119 in the direction of Ruzyně Airport will run between stops Dejvická and Divoká Šárka via stops Bořislavka, Horoměřická, Červený Vrch, Nádraží Veleslavín, Divoká Šárka - all stops at the stops of service No. X-26; in the direction of Dejvická between stops Divoká Šárka and Dejvická via stops Vozovna Vokovice, Nad Džbánem, Nádraží Veleslavín, Červený Vrch, Sídliště Červený Vrch, Bořislavka - all stops at the stops of service X-26.
• On service No. 216, stop Sídliště Červený Vrch (in the direction of Poliklinika Petřiny) will be relocated to the tram stop.
• Service No. 218 will stop between Dejvická and Divoká Šárka at all stops of the replacement bus service X-26 (in both directions).

The public transport measures for this suspension will also affect bus service No. 206, run by another operator.
