Sales locations in the metro have the entire assortment of tickets available, especially passes for fixed calendar periods (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and passes with an arbitrary validity period (30-day, 90-day, 365-day).
You can find the hours of operation of advance sales locations in the following lists: Line A, Line B, Line C.
The sales location in the building of the Central Dispatch at Na Bojišti 5, Prague 2 is open Mon – Fri, 6.30 a.m. - 6.30 p.m.
Saturday sales hours are the same in all advance sales locations: 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (except for the sales location at the Hlavní nádraží/Main Train Station (C), which is closed Saturdays).
Transferable tickets without the holder's personal information are only sold at the Central Dispatch at Na Bojišti 5, Prague 2, and at the Roztyly metro station.
Single-trip tickets are sold at all sales locations.
Credit and debit cards can be used at the following sales locations: Roztyly (C) , Hůrka (B) , Karlovo náměstí (B) , Hloubětín (B) , Nádraží Holešovice (C) , Želivského (A) and at the Central Dispatch at Na Bojišti 5, Prague 2.
ISIC cards are issued only by advance sales locations at Roztyly station and at the Central Dispatch at Na Bojišti 5, Prague 2, and only from Monday to Friday.
Duplicates of transit documents are issued by sales locations at Roztyly station and at the Central Dispatch at Na Bojišti 5, Prague 2. Duplicates are issued only for passes with an arbitrary start date under the condition that during their production the passenger provided his personal information for the Transport Company database (filled out a Pass Application), i.e. for registered student, pensioner and adult permits. Issuance of a duplicate is subject to a fee as per the PIT Tariff.
Ticket vending machines are installed at all metro stations and at surface transport stops and are designed for the purchase of single tickets.
Out-of-order ticket vending machines can be reported by calling the toll-free number 800 188 100. When reporting a problem, please indicate the vending machine in question, preferably using its number. Thank you.
