Rental of Commercial Property

The Prague Public Transit Co. Inc. rents non-residential property for commercial use, primarily in metro stations, but also in other buildings that it owns.

If you are interested in renting a commercial location owned by the Public Transit Co., please send a written request with the following information to the address listed at the bottom of the page.

1. identification of the applicant
2. identification of the space/location in which the applicant is interested
3. the size of the space requested
4. detailed information regarding goods to be sold or services to be provided
5. references on the applicant's activities up to this point
6. other relevant information

Our application will be filed in our database of applicants for the rental of commercial space owned by the Prague Public Transit Co. Inc.. (you will always be informed of its filing). This database is used by the Public Transit Co. when occupying new or vacated commercial space.

List of Vacant Commercial Property

This table is updated on a regular basis with commercial space currently available. Other commercial spaces in metro station that are not currently being used have had their tenants already selected, and preparations for usage are underway (project preparations, interior renovations, etc.) For this reason we no longer list these commercial spaces in the table.
