Národní třída B: temporary metro station closure

Due to the construction of the COPA Centrum Národní multifunction building, the Národní třída metro station on line B will be closed from Tuesday, 10 July 2012 until further notice (approximately 2 years). During this closure, trains will run through this station without stopping.

Travellers may use the adjacent Karlovo náměstí and Můstek stations. During its closure, Národní třída station will be crossed out on schematics in metro trains and stations to indicate this fact, and passengers will also be notified of its closure via announcements on the train's intercom system.

The Národní třída tram stop in the direction of Národní divadlo will also be moved closer to the intersectioin with Národní třída Avenue.
