Information centre of the Prague Public Transit Company at the airport to move and offer new services

The Prague Public Transit Company information centre in the arrival hall of Terminal 1 of the Vaclav Havel Airport Prague will be reopened on Wednesday, the 2nd of November 2016. The information centre will be relocated from the connecting hall to the arrival hall, where it will be in direct contact with new visitors of Prague capital.

 

Information centre in Terminal 1 awaiting relocation

The Prague Public Transit Company information centre in the connecting hall of Terminal 1 of the Vaclav Havel Airport Prague will be closed temporarily from the 30th of October 2016 (from 7:00 p.m.) to the 2nd of November 2016 (to 7:00 a.m.) due to its relocation to new premises (arrival hall in Terminal 1). Therefore, it will not be possible to purchase electronic coupon, paper coupons and ticket program cards at the airport during the aforementioned dates. Compared to the current centre, there will be two counters in the new one, enabling customers to purchase for example long-term fare (both electronic and paper coupons), single tickets, Prague Card, maps or publications and promotional materials of the Prague Public Transit Company. From the 2nd of November 2016, together with this centre opening, also the opening hours will be adjusted.

New opening hours will be:

Monday – Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
