Holiday Tram

Each Wednesday during the two holiday months, starting on 8 July 2009, children and parents will be able to visit free of charge the City of Prague from the seats of a veteran tram.

The veteran tram will take them on a sightseeing tour lasting fifty minutes along the route Vozovna Střešovice – Pražský hrad – Malostranská – Čechův most – Náměstí Republiky – Masarykovo nádraží – Václavské náměstí – Národní divadlo – Staroměstská – Malostranská – Pražský hrad – Vozovna Střešovice.

The tram will leave the Střešovice depot on the hour (15:00 h, 16.00 h, and 17:00 h).

Children Days in the Prague Mass Transport Museum

Twice during the holiday months, always in the middle of the holiday month – 15 July and 19 August 2009, from 9:00 h until 15:00 h the PMT Museum will be open for children and their accompanying persons free of charge.
