What will the planned Podbaba – Troja – Bohnice cable car look like?

The DPP, in cooperation with the London studio William Matthews Associates, has prepared a video, based on the winning architectural design, of what the planned Podbaba – Troja – Bohnice cable car could look like

The basis is real footage of the location, which was shot this summer from drones either exactly in the axis of the planned cable car's travel path or in parallel, with spacing and from different angles. The visualisation of stations, columns and gondolas is embedded therein. The stations and columns are based on the winning architectural design. The design of the gondolas in the visualisation is still general, their final design will come from the public contract according to the winning supplier.

The investment plan for the planned Podbaba – Troja – Bohnice cable car is now in the process of assessing the impacts of the construction on the environment, i.e. the so-called EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment).
