Lítačka card on demand in seven new locations

DPP, in cooperation with the ICT operator, significantly expands the possibility of express acquisition of the Lítačka card. So far, passengers could only obtain the card on demand at Škoda Palace in Jungmannova street, in the PID Lítačka Customer Centre. Now this service is available at seven more DPP points of sale.

Therefore, passengers will now be able to have their Lítačka card issued on demand also on weekends, national holidays and in the early morning or evening hours. This applies both to the issuance of the first card, and to the production of the Lítačka card in case of loss of the original card or a claim for a non-functional card.

DPP Information Centre Hradčanská (in the metro station vestibule)
DPP Information Centre Můstek (in the vestibule of Můstek A metro station, exit in the direction of the lower part of Václavské náměstí)
DPP Information Centre Nádraží Veleslavín (in the metro station vestibule)
DPP Point of Sale Letňany (in the metro station vestibule)
DPP Point of Sale Roztyly (in the street level of the metro station vestibule, near the public transport bus stops)

The express issue of the Lítačka card is charged 200 CZK, just as in the PID Lítačka Customer Centre in the Škoda Palace. In all the listed DPP points of sale, the fee for issuing a card or for purchasing a fare can be paid both cashless and in cash.

One marked counter is always available for issuing Lítačka cards. In the same locations, it is still possible to personally submit a request to issue the Lítačka card, with delivery within 30 days to the specified address. This service is charged 100 CZK. Of course, the issue of the PID Lítačka card can also be requested online, on the website pidlitacka.cz, and have it delivered within 30 days to any of the seven listed DPP points of sale.
