New midi-bus line no. 235

Starting from Saturday, 6 November 2021, the Prague Public Transit Company introduces new midi-bus line no. 235, which will improve the accessibility of the Bohnice Psychiatric Hospital complex. The line will serve 5 newly created stops in the area of the hospital.
At the same time, the new line strengthens the existing connection by line no. 236 between the ferry in Podhoří, the Zoo and Botanic Garden in Troja, and the Bohnice block of flats.
Route of new line no. 235:
Podhoří – Zoologická zahrada – Botanická zahrada Troja – Krakov – Odra – Řepínská – Nemocnice Bohnice.
In the area of the Bohnice Psychiatric Hospital, in addition to the terminal stop Nemocnice Bohnice, other 5 stops with additional names Hlavní vrátnice, Centrální terapie, Interna, Ředitelství and Divadlo Za plotem will be established.
- Bus 235 is, starting from Saturday, 6 November 2021, operated daily, approximately from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at half an hour interval.
- In the section common with bus 236, between the stops Podhoří and Zhořelecká, the aggregate interval of 15 minutes is established.
- Shortening of the interval from Bohnice to Podhoří increases the attractivity of the connection by P2 ferry in the direction of Prague 6, which also sails at 15-minute intervals.
- With regard to the changes of time positions of buses in Podhoří, the timetable of P2 ferry is adjusted as well.
- At the same time, intervals of bus 236 are shortened, in the direction of Zámky (and thus also to P1 ferry) to all-day interval of 30 minutes.
