The contact points in the Metro ensure the sale of the entire range of travel documents and services, i.e. tickets for a single ride, short-term tickets, paper time-tickets for purchase with PIT discount cards, electronic time-tickets for purchase with a Travelcard, transferable tickets and they also issue PIT discount cards.
The standard opening hours of all sales locations are Monday to Friday, 6:00 – 20:00 hrs.
All sales locations except for Letňany, Roztyly and Central Dispatch (Na Bojišti 5, Prague 2) are closed for lunch between 12:45 – 13:15. During the afternoon, there is also a half-hour service break, which is different for each sales location.
Saturday opening hours are the same for selected advance sales locations: 7:00 – 14:00 hrs.

Transferable transit passes are available at all sales locations and at the information centres.
Monthly, quarterly and annual transferable transit passes with arbitrary start of validity can be recorded on an anonymous opencard at all Prague Integrated Transit opencard coupon sales locations.
Locations where payment by card is accepted are marked in the list of sales locations for individual lines.
Duplicates of travel documents are issued at the sales points that are located in the Roztyly metro station and at the Main Central Dispatch at Na bojišti 5, Prague 2. More information is available at this link.
Special student fares are verified, including the sale of special discount paper time-tickets at selected contact points: i.e. Depo Hostivař, Skalka, Dejvická, Nemocnice Motol, Černý Most, Vysočanská, Smíchovské nádraží, Zličín, Roztyly, Kobylisy, Ládví, Letňany and the Central Control Centre building located at Na bojišti 5, Prague 2.
Special discount electronic time-tickets are recorded on the Travelcard at all the contact points.
