Sales points in the metro usually have a complete selection of tickets, especially monthly and quarterly passes and 30-day and 90-day passes with arbitrary start dates, which can also be purchased in electronic form on the opencard. Electronic passes are sold only at selected sales points.
Non-transferable as well as transferable annual passes with an arbitrary start date can be purchased in electronic form on the opencard, with the transferable type being issued without the need to provide personal information. A 365-day transferable pass with an arbitrary start date is available in paper form.
Individual trip tickets are available at all sales locations; coupons with arbitrary validity periods cannot be purchased at opencard counters.
The standard opening hours of all sales locations are Monday to Friday, 6:00 – 20:00 hrs.
All sales locations except for Letňany, Roztyly and Central Dispatch (Na Bojišti 5, Prague 2) are closed for lunch between 12:45 – 13:15. During the afternoon, there is also a half-hour service break, which is different for each sales location.
Saturday opening hours are the same for selected advance sales locations: 7:00 – 14:00 hrs.

Transferable transit passes without personal identification are available at the Central Dispatch building at Na Bojišti 5, Prague 2, plus at the following sales locations: Roztyly, Anděl, Florenc, Letňany, Můstek B, Skalka, Smíchov, Vysočanská, Palmovka, Zličín, Nádraží Holešovice and at the information centres.
Monthly, quarterly and annual transferable transit passes with arbitrary start of validity can be recorded on an anonymous opencard at all Prague Integrated Transit opencard coupon sales locations.
Locations where payment by card is accepted are marked in the list of sales locations for individual lines.
Duplicate transit passes are issued at the Roztyly metro station and Central Dispatch, Na Bojišti 5, Prague 2. Duplicates are issued only for passes with arbitrary start of validity, provided that when the pass was being made, the passenger provided the Prague Transit Co. with his personal data (filled in a transit pass application form, i.e. for "Student 19-26" and "Senior 60-70" ID cards). A service charge according to the PIT Tariff is levied for issue of a duplicate.
