For barrier-free transport of immobile persons, passengers with baby carriages and handicapped persons, two passenger elevators that connect street level with the underpass at vestibule level can be used. These are next to a stairway platform lift located in a section of stairway, and connecting the vestibule level with the metro platform.

The platform track is separated from the stairway with a glass wall. The platform area is equipped with an automatic barrier preventing exit outside of the boarding areas.
When using the platform, it is necessary to follow the operating instructions that are located at the top and bottom stop, and on the platform face.
Important notice: The control button for calling or riding the elevator must be kept pressed for the entire travel time of the platform, otherwise the platform will stop.
Selected technical data for the personal elevators and platform is listed in the tables below.
The platform and elevators are designated with pictograms at their entrances, and directions are shown on information panels in the vestibule and on the metro platform.
In the event of platform malfunction, barrier-free access from the underpass at vestibule level to the metro platform is possible only for persons on wheelchairs via the modified freight elevator pursuant to the Transit Terms and Conditions:
Persons in wheelchairs can be transported sequentially by two modified freight elevators escorted by a person providing the wheelchair-bound person needed help. The person in the wheelchair must arrange this escort himself/herself.
The transport of persons in wheelchairs in modified freight elevators is permitted only when escorted by someone 18 years of age or older, who must be physically and mentally capable of performing this escort, is authorized to operate freight elevators belonging to the Prague Public Transit Co. Inc, and is familiar with wheelchair operation.
The transit operator provides training of escort persons for persons on wheelchairs and issues a Freight Elevator Operator's Permit.
The escort person must prove to the transit operator's on-duty employee that he/she is an authorized individual that possesses a valid operator's permit for these elevators; in exchange for this permit, he/she will receive from this person the elevator keys. After elevator transport has been completed, the escort person shall return the keys to the same employee, who will return his/her permit.
The transport of other persons in these freight elevators is prohibited.
This elevator exits in an underpass at vestibule level; at platform level the elevator opens into a non-public area that is accessed via the service platform.
