Two sloping stair platforms, each installed as a part of the staircase, are available for barrier-free transport of immobile persons, for passengers with perambulators and persons with restricted mobility. Sloping platform one connects the street level close to the tram turning circle and the connecting corridor above the platform; sloping platform two connects the corridor and the metro platform.
The current state of equipment for barrier-free access is here.

The path of each platform is separated by a glass wall from the staircase and entrances contain optical barriers that also give a voice warning pointing out entry in the platform path. The sloping platform contains an automated barrier preventing persons to leave it outside the entrance levels.
In using the sloping platform the user's manual posted at both levels and also on the platform plate must be adhered to.
Important note: The call and operating pushbutton must be kept pressed while the device is in motion, otherwise the platform will stop.
Some selected technical data of the lift are in the following table.
On both levels the platforms are labelled by pictograms and access to them at both the vestibule and the metro platforms is shown in the information panels.
